In 2005 as an executive with Chaffin and Light and with institutional partners Robert Daniel, as project director, led the assemblage of property at the base of Aspen Mountain. Upon completion of the assemblage, an extensive and exhaustive land use approval process was undertaken to bring renewal to this neglected historical area of Aspen. Ultimately, over an acre of land at the base of Aspen Mountain was configured through right-of-way abandonment and parcel reconfiguration to create a Lodge with programming that includes 22 fractional three and four bedroom units, 5 wholly owned units, a mountain club with parking and associated amenities.
